We are required to tell you what we do with personal data, and we would want to anyway. This notice covers the whole of it.
Who we are
Reachprime Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 02460528. Registered office: 101 New Cavendish Street, 1st Floor South, London, W1W 6XH. For anything to do with data protection, write to us at that address or email [email protected].
What we collect
- What you tell us — your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, and whatever else you choose to include when you get in touch.
- Our correspondence — emails and letters, and notes of telephone calls where we have made them.
- Technical data — our web host keeps standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. Every website produces these.
This website has no user accounts and takes no payments, and we do not knowingly collect special category data.
Why we use it, and on what basis

Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We pass on what is necessary to professional advisers and service providers acting for us — accountants, solicitors, our web host and email provider — each under contract. We disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Not indefinitely. An enquiry that comes to nothing is deleted within two years. Records of a contract or transaction are retained for twelve years from completion, because that is the limitation period for obligations under a deed. Accounting records are held for a minimum of six years, as required by the Companies Act 2006. Our host cycles its server logs after a short period.
Everything is stored in the UK or the EEA; any transfer beyond that relies on the safeguards permitted by UK law.
Your rights over your data
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability all apply here in the circumstances the UK GDPR sets out, as does the right to be informed — which this notice exists to satisfy. Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it at any time, with no effect on what was done before.
Write to [email protected]. One month is our limit for replying, and there is no fee for a reasonable request.
Raising a concern
Come to us first if you can; we would rather hear it. Either way you have the right to take it to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or on 0303 123 1113.
Revisions
Where what we do with data changes, this notice changes with it. Check the date at the top to see which version you are reading.
